Upload a Protocol

From the Protocol library page, click on the Upload Protocol button to begin the upload process.

1. Select the PDF protocol file you wish to upload (50MB max).

   • Click Upload Protocol

     

   • The protocol will be analyzed by Verily Intelligence (AI).

2. Review the protocol metadata.

   • Fill in the Study ID.
     
     

     

   • Edit other protocol details, if needed.

   • If the Study Type is interventional, you need to add one or more Interventions.
     
     

     

     • Click + Add Intervention

     • Select the Intervention Type

     • Enter the Intervention Name

     • Add additional interventions, if needed

     • To delete an intervention, click on the trash can icon (), next to the Intervention Name

     • Click Save and Submit

The protocol will now be in your library, with a status of Digitization in progress.
